The apartment is fully furnished and includes: 1 king-size bed with mattress and side drawer, 2-ton AC, Floor-to-ceiling wall cabinet, one safe, two sofa chairs and one centre table, 1 TV, Reading table and chair set, Bookshelves, Dining table with four chairs, Kitchen appliances: refrigerator, oven, hood, water filter, double burner stove, sink, and cabinets, Bathroom with washing machine, geyser, and exhaust fan, Curtains throughout, Iron, ironing board, bins, and shoe rack. The tenant will pay electricity bills based on meter readings and must refill the gas cylinder on the ground floor as needed.
